As a relaxing way to start off the weekend we hosted a free family movie night at Regal Natomas Marketplace. Not only was the movie free but we also gave out vouchers for a free drink and free small popcorn! The movie that we watched was called The Art of Racing in the Rain. It is a movie about a man named Denny Smith who is a Formula One race car driver who understands that the techniques needed on the racetrack can also be used to successfully navigate everyday life. Besides his career, Denny has three loves of his life... his beautiful wife, their young daughter and his best friend, who is a dog that wants to be reincarnated into a human being. This movie was very heart warming, inspirational, tearful, and humorous at times as well. After the movie, many were touched by it. It was a great way to start a great weekend!
