Program Manager, Full-time, Exempt
The Program Manager works under the Director of Programs. The Program Manager will be responsible for supporting HYPU programs and other HYPU projects, grants, and staff. The Program Manager oversees the fulfillment of programming and organizational goals. The ideal individual must be able to support multiple projects/programs to achieve goals and objectives and meet related key deliverables.
Program Coordinator: Finance Assistant/ Coordinator, Full-time/Part-time, Nonexempt
The Program Coordinator: Finance Assistant/Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting HYPU’s youth and family programs by managing a variety of financial and administrative functions. This position ensures sound fiscal management, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations, working closely with both the program Administrators and the finance team.
Program Coordinator/Resource Navigation, Part-time, Nonexempt
The Part-Time Program Coordinator will oversee HYPU’s Senior Wellness Day Program, which promotes health, engagement, and cultural connection for Hmong elders. This position plays a vital role in coordinating program activities, supporting client intake, and ensuring high-quality, culturally sensitive services. The coordinator will work closely with the Health and Social Services team to reduce isolation, enhance well-being, and connect seniors and families to needed resources.
Disparity Prevention Program: Community Ambassador, Stipend
The Community Ambassador program is a 1-year program that trains community members about HYPU programs and services, with a focus on intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Community Ambassadors will outreach and engage the community, and share HYPU and the Regional Center services. Ambassadors will help identify and refer individuals experiencing I/DD to HYPU for service navigation services.
