Disparity Prevention Program

HYPU’s Disparity Prevention Program aims to be the bridge between children with developmental disabilities and their loved ones to connect with Alta California Regional Center (ACRC) for early assessment and early intervention. This program involves community collaboration, outreach, empowerment, education and serves as the collective voice of families with developmental disabilities.

In partnership with Sierra Health Foundation, our organization serves and provides support and services to hate crime victim, survivors, and their families. As part of a collective organization, our goal is to facilitate hate incident and hate crime prevention measures.

-Vaccinate ALL 58: Addresses equitable access to the COVID-19 vaccine and to information on its safety and effectiveness.

-Individual Taxpayer Identification Number: ITIN is a tax processing number issued by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) that allows you to file taxes and claim tax credits.

-Save Our Water: The goal is to make water conservation a California way of life. It teaches Californians how to use water more efficiently inside and outside their homes and how to transform their yards into water-wise landscapes.

-Heat Ready CA (Extreme Heat): One of the nation’s first statewide multi-ethnic awareness and education campaigns designed to keep Californians safe during extreme heat.
