Disparity Prevention Program

HYPU’s Disparity Prevention Program aims to be the bridge between children with developmental disabilities and their loved ones to connect with Alta California Regional Center (ACRC) for early assessment and early intervention. This program involves community collaboration, outreach, empowerment, education and serves as the collective voice of families with developmental disabilities.

Stop the Hate

TOGETHER, WE CAN STOP THE HATE

In partnership with Sierra Health Foundation, our organization serves and provides support and services to hate crime victim, survivors, and their families. As part of a collective organization, our goal is to facilitate hate incident and hate crime prevention measures.

California Conservation Corps

The California Conservation Corps is a youth workforce development program dedicated to preparing young adults for meaningful careers and educational opportunities.

The CCC is a state department within the California Natural Resources Agency. They are the largest and longest running conservation corps in the nation.
